I always look forward to breakfast at Aunt Georgette's. I can have
pancakes and there's usually someone interesting to meet. This day we met Kevin,
a nice young fellow. He doesn't collect teddy bears but he's interested in
birds. He let me play with the birds he got at the Hugging Bear Shoppe.
Kevin let Mom take a picture of us together.
Mom and I headed for Weston. Mom had to go in the Country Store. So,
here I am waiting for her, as usual.
We finally got to my favorite store, the General Store. My friend, who
usually works at the fudge and cheese counter, wasn't there. I was disappointed.
This man was nice but he didn't give me a free sample, like my friend does.
We went to see a show at the Weston Playhouse. It was called "Hairspray"
and it was really good.
What a nice day! We stayed on the front porch swing for a long time. Finally
the mosquitos came out, and we went in.
