Sunday

This was going to be a big day. Riva and I tried to get her Mom up and moving early.

We got to the hay field as early as we could and there were already people waiting.

Everyone was waiting to meet Bailey Lowenthal and see what goodies she was selling.
As for me, I was just sooo excited. I couldn't wait to see Bailey. She's sort of my half-sister, you know.

OH, OH, OH! There she is!!! Ooooooh she's so pretty!

There sure were a lot of people there shopping and getting acquainted with Bailey. We introduced ourselves and bought a few things. Mom said we would come back later when she wasn't so busy. I was disappointed. I wanted to stay, but Mom said it would be much better to come back later. Maybe then we could visit a bit and take some pictures.

Back at Bear Country, Mom took this picture of me with the July 4th decorations.

I met Janice and Cindy.

and this nice lady

Riva and I got to play for a while. That moose is going to get me in trouble. She wanted to go wading in the pond. I said "Oooooh nooo, not me, we'll get in trouble for sure. I don't want to get thrown out of here before the Jamboree even starts."

I was so mad at Mom! She got mustard on my ear....and this is such an important day for me. Here I am in the ladies room waiting for Mom to get me cleaned up. I shouldn't be mad, it was an accident and Mom was very sorry. Besides she finally got it all out.
